Welcome to ZAPLET. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZAPLET mobile application ("App") operated by IROCA ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using ZAPLET, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ZAPLET and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IROCA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any contact data you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
Your use of ZAPLET is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
ZAPLET integrates with third-party services including Google, Supabase, and Google Maps. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
ZAPLET is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IROCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ZAPLET.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of ZAPLET after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
